Dr. Khanna has published chapters in books and has written articles for many medical journals. She has co-authored a book on ‘Safer Pediatric Prescription.

She has been a speaker at innumerable national and international conferences, and has chaired many sessions, on topics such as Vulval Tuberculosis, Medical Management of Endometriosis and the Complications of Trans-cervical Resection of Endometrium, Complicated Urinary Fistulae, Reproductive Health of Women in Developing Countries, and Traumatic Complications of Labour.
