Dr. Giri began his career in medical sciences at Banaras Hindu University where he completed his MBBS and MS in Surgery. He received specialized training and a post-doctoral super specialty degree in cancer surgery from the National Board of Examination, New Delhi. Dr. Giri has worked at various prestigious cancer hospitals across the country that include the Himalayan Institute of Medical Science, Jolly Grant, Dehradun, Apex Cancer Centre and RCH (Hon), Varanasi as Surgical Oncologist &Thoracic Oncologist, and Ratan Cancer Hospital, Kanpur as Senior Consultant and Head.
