After completing his education, Dr. Amitabh underwent training in endoscopic skull base surgery from Ohio state medical center, Columbus, USA. For his exceptional work and contribution to the medical society, Dr. Gupta has received Trauma research development award 2012 instituted by NTSI and The Alfred Hospital Australia. His special interests lie in Endoscopic surgeries of Brain, Brain Tumour & Skull Base Surgeries, Pituitary surgery, Head Trauma surgery, Paediatric Neurosurgery, Congenital Malformations, Aneurysm surgeries, Deep brain stimulation and functional surgery, Endoscopic surgeries in spine, Back ache, Cervical Spondylosis, Sciatica, Spine Deformities and fixations, Spine Trauma, Spine Tumour, MIS. Dr. Gupta is also known for presenting numerous papers at national and international conferences.
