There are 101 excuses on why people who are not in fitness should not go to the gym – most of which are not valid. For example, does a pair of socks really need to be valid?
Gym people don’t care if your socks fit. In fact, they don’t even care if you wear socks! The reason you usually go to the gym is to do it mentally rather than physically.
Here are four top excuses for not exercising:
1) No Time
This is a classic. People who use this excuse never have time to exercise, but they do watch TV at night. (And most eaters) will have time to sit in front. Everyone can set aside time for exercise. Try to save time by choosing a gym for your home or office – even if it is not the best gym in the city.
If you do not really have time to go to the gym, you can usually find three 10 minute blocks to work all day, which are also beneficial. Park at the end of the parking lot and walk the rest of the way. Instead of traveling in an elevator, walk up the stairs. Walk 15 minutes after a meal. These are just some of the goal setting shareware that you can use in your daily routine.
2) No Money For Gym Membership
You do not need a gym membership to exercise. Running for 30 minutes is a great exercise and all you need is a pair of running shoes. Most cities have community centers with gyms and pools that you can use at low cost.
3) You Will Be Embarrassed By The Way You Look
Staying away from the gym is not an excuse. In fact this is the reason why you go to the gym. By working out regularly and eating a healthy diet, you will lose weight, increase tone, build muscle and look amazing. When going to the gym, you are showing everyone there, at least trying to change the way you look.
4) Do Not Like To Exercise
There are a variety of equipment and classes available in most gyms today that do not need to be valid. Try different machines or classes until you like something. Don’t get me wrong by doing the same thing for months. Yes, you get bored and do not like to exercise.
Also, by changing things every time, your body ess will feel that you are throwing it forward. This allows your metabolism to function at a higher level, which means you burn more calories constantly. Instead of trying to figure out ways to exercise, use that energy and find ways to exercise. Your body will thank you.
