Medical College Kanpuar and MD Radiotherapy from S.C.B. Medical College, Cuttack. Dr. Kakkar specializes in Radiation oncology and also contributed in the adjuvant radiotherapy in unusually rare primary malignant osteoclast-like giant cell tumor of the kidney.
