Dr. Y.V.C.Reddy is an internationally renowned Interventional Cardiologist with an extensive and versatile experience and range of professional work spanning over 25 years. He is a pioneer in transradial interventions and complex high-risk interventions (CHIP) including left-main angioplasty and stenting, ostial, bifurcation and chronic total occlusion PCIs. He has an extensive experience in post CABG interventions including SVG and LIMA graft interventions. He is credited with pioneering work in acute MI interventions (primary angioplasty) and his large body of PCI work in cardiogenic shock with unparalleled outcomes is well known. He is also versatile in coronary imaging (FFR, OCT, IVUS), implantable cardiac device therapies, and the complex field of thoracic and abdominal aortic endovascular stent grafting (TEVAR, EVAR). His footprint expands over valvuloplasties, TAVR/TAVI, peripheral, renal and carotid interventions, IVC filters and coronary aneurysm embolization. His trouble shooting work in cardiac catheterization labs is legendary.
His work experience includes more than 30000 invasive procedures, 7000 PCIs, 550 PCIs in cardiogenic shock, 400 PTMCs, 700 Cardiac devices (PPI, CRT, AICD) and several TEVAR and EVAR procedures including pioneering work in hybrid procedures. His peripheral interventions include 250 renal angioplasty and stenting and more than 150 IVC filter implantations
