Dr. Vipul Gupta is Director – Neurointerventional Surgery in Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon with a primary focus on interventional neuroradiology and endovascular neurosurgery. He was among the first in the country to use a dedicated intracranial stent and 3D-DSA for aneurysm embolization to perform intracranial venous sinus stenting. He has been amongst the rare full-time neuro-interventionists specializing in endovascular interventions for strokes. Before joining Artemis, Dr. Vipul Gupta was the head of Interventional Neuroradiology (Endovascular Neurosurgery) at Max Super Speciality Hospital (Saket) in New Delhi and Medanta Hospital in Gurgaon. He has worked as an associate professor of Neuroradiology in AIIMS where he also obtained training in intervention neuro-radiology.
