She completed her MBBS from Government Medical College, Srinagar in the year 1977. She later decided to pursue MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from the same Government Medical College in 1985. Dr. Bhat also holds a Diploma in Gynecological Endoscopic Surgery from Staten Island University Hospital, New York, USA, 1997. Dr. Veena Bhat has treated several patients suffering from gynae related problems in India and gives every patient the best of medical care. She has published several papers in India and abroad and is a member of prestigious medical associations. Her area of interest lies in Adolescent gynaecology, Menopausal health, Endoscopic management in infertility and High risk pregnancy.
