Dr. Rooma Sinha is a Senior Consultant – Gynaecology and Laparoscopic Surgery in Apollo Health City, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. She specializes in the field of Obstetrics, Minimally Invasive Gynecology, and Robotic surgery. She completed MBBS, MD – Obstetrics & Gynecology from Banaras Hindu University in 1993 and DNB (Obstetrics and Gynecology) in 1994. She has been honored with the award as “Legend of the year in Gynecology” by Times Health Care Achievers in 2017, she is the only gynecologist to receive this award. Dr. Rooma has also won Excellence in the field of medicine by FICCI – 2014. Dr. Rooma is a member of American Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons (AAGL), NESA (new European Surgical Association) & American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology (ACOG) as well as Federation of Obstetric and Gynecological Societies of India (FOGSI), Indian Medical Association (IMA) and Indian Menopause Society (IMS).
