Dagar has been in the field of cardiac surgery for more than 16 years. He is known to have operated upon the entire array of congenital cardiac defects in newborns and children regardless of their complexities. To his credit, he has an enduring expertise and a rich experience to tackle the most complex and challenging cases. He leverages innovative techniques and cutting-edge technologies for children with heart defects from India and overseas. During his academic years, he pursued MS and M.Ch (CTVs). He has been the leading director of paediatric cardiac programme EHIRC in New Delhi and Lotus Children’s Hospital in Hyderabad. He has been a specialist registrar at The Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children in London.
